Relief & Care
Outreach, basic needs, and navigation services delivered consistently with trusted partners.
Fairbanks Emblem Club 109 of the Supreme Emblem Club of the United States of America is a U.S. 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 10041397). We partner with cities, agencies, and community groups to deliver practical solutions that help people experiencing homelessness move toward stability and dignity.
Our programs combine near-term relief with long-term pathways: safe interim housing, paid work experience, and navigation to permanent services. Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
We operate a portfolio of initiatives designed around measurable outcomes and transparency. Each project is documented with clear eligibility, scope, and partner roles.
We work under written MOUs with local partners and follow conflict-of-interest and financial-controls policies approved by the Board.
